The weather has finally warmed back up to our Central Florida standards and the bite has warmed up as well. The snook, redfish , black drum and trout bite has been good early in the morning. The bait pods have been flooding on to the flats early bringing the redfish and trout with them. Soft plastics ,spoons , live shrimp and cut bait have been working well. The snook and black drum have been holding on structure in and around the New Smyrna Beach area. Plugs , soft plastics and live shrimp have been working well. The weather looks stable going into next week making for the bite to continue to get better.
