The fishing has been steady the last couple of weeks on Mosquito Lagoon. The trout bite has been good early with it slacking off as the day go's on. The redfish can be found backing and tailing in the shallow grass early then moving out to the deeper grass flats later in the day. Both have been very receptive to plugs early and as the day go's on moving to ADL Spoons and soft plastics. The tarpon are still hanging around along with the snook as well. Both have been chewing pretty good on live bait just make sure you time the tide right. We are expecting afternoon rain the rest of the week which hopefully will help cool the water temperatures a bit in the Lagoon.
