The water levels have started to lower a bit in the New Smyrna Beach and Mosquito Lagoon area over the past couple of weeks. Unfortunately, the strong onshore winds have really dirtied the water quite a bit. The fish are still chewing and the bait is still around. We will be seeing the first signs of Fall conditions this week and I believe it will be just in time to start the cleaning process of our water conditions. Look for the redfish and trout to start getting in their fall patterns after the next few fronts start to cool water temps.
