The weather has seemed to settle down a bit this week getting back into the 70’s during the day. The water temps are going to take a little while to get back to normal making for some lethargic fish for a few days. Patience and slower presentations will be the key for the next week or so. Shrimp and small soft plastics have been working well early and later in the day moving to a spoon or cut bait as the water starts to warm. Look for the bite to only get better as the week moves on. The water clarity is making for some great sight fishing for drum, redfish , trout and even snook. Lighter leader material will help out greater for those spookier fish in the shallows on a extremely clear day.
