We have had a few windy days this past week which churned the water up a bit making the sight fishing a little hard. But after a few days the winds laid down and the redfish got back to showing off by doing head stands. We still have a good number of mullet through out New Smyrna Beach and Mosquito Lagoon. With the all the bait still holding through out the Lagoon the trout are still chewing well mixed in with the bait schools. We have also had a pretty good snook bite in the backwaters of New Smyrna on a good out going tide. As soon as we get our first cold snap look for the water clarity to increase and believe it or not the sight fishing to get even better.
